The warm welcome with a traditional Aarti was enchanting, and the unique wooden room key was a delightful touch that made it feel special.

The location is highly convenient for airport transfers! Staff members are exceptionally accommodating, making stays pleasant. Dining is a luxurious treat with variety and quality.

We enjoyed a lovely family stay, with special consideration for our dogs. The hotel had beautiful ambience, and the breakfast spread was delightful. The friendly staff, especially in the dining area, made our mornings memorable.

My kids wished there were more activities for them.

The stay at Taj City Centre New Town felt pretty cozy overall. I loved the unique ambiance, especially the welcoming traditional Aarti when I arrived. My room had modern amenities, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The complimentary breakfast impressed me with a variety of mouthwatering dishes. The chai and paratha were highlights, and I appreciated the attentive service from staff members like Kashif K during breakfast, making mornings enjoyable. the room cleanliness left something to be desired. I found stray hair in my room upon checking in, which wasn’t pleasant. I noticed that the gym facilities could use some updates. it seemed limited. Despite these hiccups, the Jiva Spa offered an outstanding facial experience and was a definite perk.

The Jiva Spa offered an outstanding facial, one of the best I've experienced worldwide. The gym was also a highlight, inviting and well-equipped with city views.

The elegant architecture around the spacious lobby made me feel like I was walking through a regal palace, perfect for my senior mobility needs.

Comfort and Convenience

Just spent 2 nights in a deluxe twin room, and it was fantastic! The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to help us. I loved the varied breakfast options. The gym was nice, but it felt a bit crowded at times. Definitely loved the cozy vibes and how clean everything was!

This place suits me perfectly, offering great amenities like free wi-fi, fitness centre, and a coffee shop. On my first stay, the staff helped me with the local taxi number. The attentive dining staff made my mornings memorable. I'm coming back for Easter.
